4104-21: Implementation and Outcomes of Clinical Supervision and Reflection to Enhance Learning for Online Post-Master's PMHNP Students

This presentation will review challenges encountered in teaching online Post-Master's PMHNP students, and effective strategies implemented to enhance the student learning experience. Clinical conference discussions and reflection notes were implemented; student feedback supported mastery of concepts and learning outcomes. Students expressed increased satisfaction.
