4047-24: Connecting Emergency Department Providers to a Novel Training Modality to Address Screening, Brief Intervention, and Referral to Treatment (SBIRT): Using Computer-Based Scenario Training

Substance use disorders (SUD) are prevalent among patients presenting to the emergency department (ED). Training ED healthcare providers in screening, brief intervention, and referral to treatment (SBIRT) is crucial to address this problem. Our presentation describes the evaluation of a novel computer-based SBIRT training for ED healthcare providers.
