This presentation highlights how PMH nurses investigated unit rules/expectations as a quality improvement initiative showing positive outcomes in unit safety, satisfaction, and engagement. The presentation provides insight into nurse empowerment, trauma-informed care, and nurse/patient relationships. Nurses will gain thought-provoking information that decreases barriers to practice change and transforms patient experience.
