4016-22: Long-term Impact of Mental Wellness Courses on College Student Mental Health

Colleges are struggling to meet their students' mental health needs.  Applied mental wellness courses are a low resource intervention that could potentially help address this need.  This presentation describes the results of a study evaluating the effects of applied mental wellness courses on student mental well-being.
