4015.1-25: A Hard-Hitting Solution to Workplace Violence and Injury

This presentation introduces a systematic approach to eradicate workplace violence and nurse injury on an inpatient psychiatric child and adolescent unit. The participant will leave with strategies that mental health nurses can implement in most settings to safeguard safety outcomes and have a sense of psychological safety and wellbeing.
