4011-22: Mental Health Strategies to Cope, Prevent, and Recover from R.U.S.T: Racism, Unrelenting Substance Use, Stigma, and Trauma

An interactive presentation using diverse technologies to engage audience members in discussing R.U.S.T. sequela. This concept postulates that cognitive and behavioral coping strategies build resilience comparable to a coating on metals that prevents rust.  Application of evidence-based "coatings" by attendees is included.
