3308-21: Implementation of the Heroes' Health Initiative: A Partnership Between Nursing Hospital Leadership and a College of Nursing

The COVID-19 pandemic has placed a substantial strain on the nursing workforce as it bears witness to mortality at an unprecedented rate. This presentation describes the implementation of a nurse-led, peer support program that leverages the Heroes Health platform to improve the well-being of the hospital's nursing workforce.
