3021.1-22: Let’s Get to the Root of Ashwagandha: What Healthcare Providers Need to Know 

Ashwagandha, a shrub grown in Asia and Africa, is widely to reduce stress, improve stamina, improve memory and enhance well-being.  Due to global trends, the widespread use of complementary and alternative medicine alternatives is rising; therefore, this presentation provides an overview on Ashwagandha use.
