In this timely presentation, award-winning author Johann Hari shares what he discovered about the power of connection through his experience with depression and anxiety. With an authentic and accessible approach, he discusses the influence of disconnection on the ability to experience hope and achieve well-being. Hari weaves in the perspectives of more than 200 of the world’s leading experts on anxiety and depression and proposes a variety of ways to reconnect as an essential mental health strategy.
