2402-21:  Psychiatric Patients' Perception of Involvement in the Plan of Care 

The purpose of this presentation is to share with the audiences the findings of a qualitative phenomenological research study done to explore patients' perception of being involved in their plan of care during an inpatient psychiatric hospital stay, and the implications of this new knowledge to nursing practice.
