2209-21: Nurses Group: A Therapeutic Group for Nurses by Nurses

This presentation will describe the overall design of a PMH nurse-led group created in response to the pandemic's impact and aimed at providing a collaborative setting for nurses to engage around similar personal and professional experiences, normalize stress responses, promote resilience, and offer strategies to maintain and restore optimal functioning.
