2105-21:  Perfect Self-Care Practice for Unhealthy Perfectionism during Imperfect Times 

This presentation will review the alarming statistics related to nursing stress and workplace, present an overview of unhealthy perfectionism and mindful self compassion (MSC), demonstrate techniques for MSC and have participants practice techniques empowering them to plan steps to improve their self-care with their own MSC practice.
