2057-23: Integrating Mindfulness-Focused Peer Learning Labs in an Undergraduate Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing Course

This presentation describes an innovative experiential peer learning strategy that incorporates evidence-based practice, reflection, collaboration, and communication to introduce undergraduate BSN students to mindfulness-based stress reduction. Students gain skills that promote personal well-being and resilience while developing professional competencies to enhance therapeutic interactions with patients and families.
