This presentation addresses leadership empowerment behavior as a strategy to mitigate PMH nurses’ turnover in their first 2 years of practice in inpatient settings, from the nurses’ viewpoint, given the increasing demand for psychiatric mental health care and the threat turnover poses to meeting the need.
