This presentation introduces characteristics of bariatric surgery and relevant anatomical changes to illustrate how bariatric surgery impacts the pharmacokinetics of medications. By reviewing and synthesizing knowledge from current research, this presentation will provide insight into psychotropic management after bariatric surgery.
