2024-25: The Science of Breath: Applications for Addiction Recovery
This engaging and lively presentation presents a novel program for addiction recovery called SKY. Based on the literature, my own personal practice of this technique, and my observation of how it has positively impacted my patients, it has significant potential in helping the addicted population.
