2015-25: Developing Psychiatric Nursing Skills in Medical Float Pool Staff through a Novel Psychiatric Nurse Cross-Training Program 

This presentation introduces an innovative cross-training program designed to equip medical float pool RNs with psychiatric nursing skills.
