1041-20:  Private Practice 101: A Risk Management Perspective

This interactive, didactic presentation provides risk management best practices to reduce patient complaints, investigations, and/or patient lawsuits related to high risk challenges in office practice. Participants will leave knowing risk mitigation strategies for the "what," "when," and "how" if terminating the patient relationship, releasing  records, obtaining informed consent, and documenting.
