1024-23: Design Workshop for Adopting Competence-Based Curricula for PMHNP Training: Using Competence to Unify Didactic and Clinical Learning
This workshop is designed to introduce and engage PMHNP faculty in competence-based curricular design and implementation. Curricular design strategies and a competency-based tool for evaluation of role competence will be presented. Participants will discuss their readiness to adopt new competency-based standards. PMHNP faculty groups are encouraged to attend together.

- Apply competence-based clinical evaluation concepts to evaluate clinical evaluation methods and align with national standards of competence-based nursing education.

Nursing Continuing Professional Development:
1.5 contact hours. * In order to receive contact hours, you must: Listen to presentation, complete an evaluation, and earn a passing score on the post-test before the expiration date. You will have 5 tries to correctly answer the questions on the post-test and a score of 80% is required to pass. Once you have passed and completed an evaluation, the certificate will be generated online, available for you to print immediately. You cannot earn credit unless all steps are completed.
