The healthcare system functions from different paradigms and professional identities, yet few places have formalized reflection of work and the relevant meaning to us as individuals or as inter-professional teams. This presentation provides the benefits of inter-professional conversations and suggests that psychiatric nurses can be providers of this intervention.
