This session will provide data regarding the increase in malpractice lawsuits against PMHRNs/APRNs in all practice settings. As an experienced plaintiff and defense expert witness, the presenter will share real malpractice cases and how to implement risk management strategies, prepare for deposition, and ultimately prevent lawsuits.
