1022-24: Polypsychopharm Psynami: Deprescribing for Calming the Storm of Psychiatric Polypharmacy

This presentation will provide an overview of deprescribing in psychiatric patients, review guidelines, offer tools, and use practical exercises with medication list examples to advocate for deprescribing in this vulnerable population. This will help you weather the storm of polypharmacy with specific, evidence-based guidelines that you can use today.
