This presentation will assist nurse leaders in cultivating a culture of safety in their practice environment through reviewing current evidence, reviewing results of a project to address gaps in knowledge, and a roundtable discussion amongst attendees to discuss case studies, experiences and how strategies could be deployed successfully across organizations.
