This presentation will assist PMH nurses in identifying privileged heteronormative and gender-normative microaggressions that stigmatize LGBTQ+ patients. Interactive and reflective exercises will be used as a means of examining and deconstructing gender. Learn universal practices that are inclusive of patients with LGBTQ+ identities.
