In 2020, behavioral health leaders faced the unparalleled challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic while managing the epidemic of suicides and drug overdoses. COVID-19 presented challenges that required quick expansion of infection prevention protocols and education of staff while maintaining a therapeutic environment. This presentation will review a organization's successful response.
