4206-21: Providing Care Amidst a Crisis: Mental Health Outcomes, Burnout, and Resiliency Among Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurses During the COVID-19 Pandemic

This presentation describes findings related to mental health outcomes, burnout, and resiliency among a national sample of psychiatric-mental health nurses in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. Risk factors for adverse mental health outcomes and burnout will be discussed. Means to promote resiliency, and other protective factors, will be highlighted.
