This session discusses the journey of a 48-bed acute mental health hospital to transfer to a Recovery to Practice (RTP) model for their patient care. The speaker explores interventions implemented and pitfalls they experienced throughout the process.

  3. Compose one person-centered, strengths-based treatment plan using recovery-oriented language.
