4022-19: Setting the Standard: The Impact of Nursing-led Groups on an Inpatient Psychiatric Unit

This presentation highlights Standard 5B, 5F, and 5G of the ANA's Standards of Practice for PMHN. By increasing nurse-patient interactions through group therapy, we provide a safe, structured, and therapeutic milieu. We believe this change in practice will help redefine our roles as PMHNs.
