3052-19: Reducing Workplace Violence: A Hospital Wide Initiative to Increase Safety 

This hospital wide workplace violence reduction initiative presents multiple methods of assisting staff to feel safer. Practices include the use of a new screening tool, visual identifiers, a rapid response team, go-bags, agitation order set and a post event checklist. These can all be replicated in your hospital.
