3041-19: An Innovative Psychodynamic Model for Collaborative Case Supervision:  Bringing Together Experienced PMHNPs Faculty, VA PMHNP Residents, and DNP PMHNP Students Monthly for in Person and Remote Supervision 

This presentation introduces a collaborative model to provide clinical case supervision for PMHNP students and newly graduated PMHNP residents in a safe and nonjudgmental environment. The goals are increasing confidence, and improving practice and patient outcomes. This model included face to face and remote group supervision.
