Sexuality is a central part of the human experience, yet sexual health is often a neglected area of clinical practice. This is especially true for individuals within sexual and gender minority groups. This session focuses on overcoming obstacles and offers strategies for addressing sexual health concerns.

Session Objectives
Upon completion of this presentation, the participant will be able to:
1. Demonstrate an understanding of the importance of regularly and openly assessing the sexual health functioning and concerns of consumers.
2. Distinguish basic terminology common to sexual and gender minorities.
3. Select appropriate tools to aid in their evaluation of sexual health functioning and concerns with consumers.
