2053-19:  Novel Approaches to Strengthening the PMHNP Workforce: Establishing the Nationwide Children's Hospital PMHNP Fellowship and the Children's of Alabama/UAB Child & Adolescent PMHNP Residency 

This presentation describes the experiences in establishing post-graduate PMHNP training programs specific to the child/adolescent population. Fellowship Directors from Nationwide Children's Hospital, and Children's of Alabama/UAB will discuss the nuts and bolts of program development, implementation, and outcomes. Participants will describe their experiences participating in post-graduate training.
