Advanced practice psychiatric mental health nurses are pivotal in guiding inter-professional education and practice.  This session discusses the successes and challenges faced in the leadership role of the faculty and advanced practice nursing students in planning and implementing inter-professional case conferences at a school/community health center.

  2. Analyze the leadership role faculty and psychiatric nursing students can play with inter-professional education and practice.
  3. Synthesize the use of inter-professional case conferences to inspire psychiatric nursing students to lead collaborative teams and transform healthcare.
