2025-19: Behavioral Health in Primary Care: An Integrated Model 

This presentation describes the integration of behavioral health services into a primary care clinic, within a teaching hospital in Louisiana. Initially implemented for geriatric patients by a PMHCNS, it has expanded to include adults 18 and older. Various integrative models will be reviewed.
