1034-19:  Building Student Resilience: Changing Minds, Changing Lives An Innovative Program to Build Resilience in College-Aged Students in the Increasingly Challenging Collegiate Environment 

Participants are introduced to an innovative intervention program designed to build resilience capacity in college students experiencing unprecedented challenges using a psycho-educational strengths-based approach. Facilitators will utilize an exemplar of a resilience session to allow the opportunity to explore how resilience can be developed through mindfulness, research, writing, and reflection.
