Encouraging nursing leadership and skills enable workforce through business planning, participation in ACO’s or TCPi, documentation, boundaries, HIPAA, and technology is critical to optimal reimbursement. This presentation will encourage the presence and growth of psychiatric APRNs as practice leaders during a time of legislative change and accelerated community need.
