1011-16: Pharmacological Management in the Integrated Behavioral Health Setting

This presentation explains the correlation between the Accountable Care Organizations and Integrated Behavioral Health. Since there are many ways in which to integrate behavioral health services , examples are given on how to collaborate and integrate services, prescriber roles and opportunities using evidence based treatments for depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, schizophrenia, traumatic disorders and many more.

1. Explain the correlation between Accountable Care Organizations (ACO) and Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH).
2. Recognize the different levels of collaboration/integration for delivery of Integrated Behavioral Health services.
3. Explore the role of prescribers in Integrated Behavioral Health settings.
4. Identify evidence based psychiatric treatment appropriate for the Integrated Behavioral setting.
