This course explores neurotransmitters, particularly glutamate and GABA, from a psychopharmacological perspective. This provides a better understanding of how this neurobiology relates to the lived experience of persons with mental health disorders.

  2. Explain how GABA and glutamate play a role in mental health disorders from a humanistic patient perspective.
